After logging in the system with your User Name and Password and also after logging in the part of ‘Education Program’ through the section of ‘Education’ panel; you can click on ‘Analyze’ link and reach your lesson plan.
At the end of each lesson, when you enter ‘Education Program’ section, you need to fill out the satisfaction questionnaire about your previous lesson. You can see your subject of the day after completing the survey. If you cannot reach your lesson plan, you can contact us via email@example.com.
You can set your lesson hours when you click ‘Your Call Times’ section through ‘Education Program’ panel maximum 3 hours beforehand.
You can pass on your lesson cancellation request maximum 3 hours beforehand via firstname.lastname@example.org. Thus without wasting your lesson warranty, you will not only be able to cancel your lesson of that day but also will be able to postpone it so as to use it afterwards. You have the right to cancel your lessons 5 times in 1 month.
In case of your education freezing request, your transaction will be executed after receiving the approval of your advisor teacher.
You can purchase an education package via the payment options of Credit card or Money order/EFT by clicking the panel of ‘Educall’ and loging in the section of ‘Training Packages’.
When you log in ‘Education Program’ through ‘Education’ panel, your remaining lesson numbers are located next to the lesson plan of the day panel.
