After logging in the system with your User Name and Password and also after logging in the part of ‘Education Program’ through the section of ‘Education’ panel; you can click on ‘View’ link and reach your lesson plan.
At the end of each lesson, when you enter ‘Education Program’ section, you need to fill out the satisfcation questionnaire related to your previous lesson. You can see your topic after completing the questionnaire. If you cannot reach your topic, you can contact us via email@example.com.
You can set your lesson hours when you click ‘Your Call Times’ section through ‘Education Program’ panel maximum 3 hours beforehand.
You can notify your lesson cancellation request maximum 3 hours beforehand via firstname.lastname@example.org. Thus without wasting your lesson warranty, not only will you be able to cancel your lesson of that day, but also will be able to postpone it so as to use later. You have the right to cancel your lessons 5 times in 1 month.
In case of your education freezing request, this will be executed upon receiving the approval of your advisor teacher.
You can purchase an education package via the payment options of Credit card or Bank Wire/EFT by clicking the panel of ‘Educall’ and logging in the section of ‘Training Packages’.
When you log in ‘Education Program’ through ‘Education’ panel, the number of your remaining lessons are located next to the lesson plan of the day panel.
